Can Fibroid Be Treated Without Surgery?

I am 30 years old.I am suffering from lower right abdominal pain since last one and a half months. Today I had an Ultra sound scan.i have a kidney stone and fibroid.My periods are normal and i don't have any menstrual pain.Is fibroid a very serious problem ? i am so much worried about fibroid. do i have to remove my uterus? Is there any treatment without surgery . I am unmarried and have a medium figure.my height is 5.2 and weight is 57kg

the results are as follows:

Right renal calculas of 5mm size at upper calyx without hydronephoris.
Minimally bulky uterus with 6 ×5.5 cm posterior wall fibroid with normal ovaries
