Can Fibromyalgia And Hypothyroidism Lead To Inability To Digest Gluten?

hi a few years ago i started being unable to digest gluten. then dairy then citruses. its gotten so bad now that i cant digest any fruits or vegetables. now i cant digest anything at all. im on probiotics and digestive enymes which help a bit. everytime i eat something ecema flares up severely and i have severe stomach pains. my hx is fibromyalgia and hypothyroid
