Can Firmer Bed Cause Severe Pain In Lower Back And Hip While Having Spondylitis?

I have scoliosis, diastematomyelia and spodilitis. I always have considerable amount of pain and on norspan and endep. Recently I replaced my bed with an extra firm one. Since than, especiallyin the last 3-4 days I have horrible pain in my lower back and burning, stabbing pain on mt left hip. I had sciatica kind of pain before I changed the bed but it is immense now. I just wander if it is beacuse of new firmer bed? Should I keep trying the new one or go back to old bed? Also, I used Celebrex for sciatica pain before, is it ok to use it while on norspan (10 mg) and endep (10 mg around bed time)? Thanks.
