Can Flemex Be Given To Child For Dry Cough?

Hi doctor, my 5 year old daughter has dry cough and has been coughing constantly for 2 days. She weighs 22 kilos. I m thinking of giving her flemex cough syrup to relieve the coughing. She has allergy issues and is mostly on Zyrtec 5mls once daily ( prescribed by her doctor)

Along with the antihistaminc syrup some bronchodilator syrup to be added like salbutamol.
