Can Floating Gels Be Caused By Over Exercise?
I was told I have floating gell. yesterday. did I do it by over excersice? I am to go in 10 days to see if it get worse/? waiting for the office to call me . to see an ophtmalogist for retinal . I switched Insurance. and now I am not cover with this paarticular doctor.. to much excersice?

It seems from the history that you are having floaters. Floaters are because of problems in the posterior segment of the eye like vitreous opacities and vitreous hemorrhage.
Exercise by itself will not lead to floaters but if you are having floaters caused by vitreous hemorrhage doing exercise may aggravate the condition. Hence you need to avoid exercises.
Presence of floaters requires examination of the retina by a eye specialist to findout the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
