Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that flu virus does not cause the lower back pain. It might be due to weakness and dehydration or due to any muscular spasm.

So take multivitamin and calcium and proper diet with muscle relaxant gel for apply.

If not better then go for X-ray of Lumbar spine to get the correct diagnosis.

Hope my answer will be effective for you. I will be glad to answer your further query.

Thanks
