Hi,

Folinine is a dietary supplement that contains folic acid, which is important for the healthy development of the fetus during pregnancy. Folic acid is recommended to be taken before conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy to reduce the risk of birth defects.

However, if you have already conceived, taking folinine may still be beneficial as it provides additional folic acid that is important for the growth and development of the fetus. It is important to follow your doctor's instructions regarding the dosage and duration of the supplement.

Siphene and Duphaston are medications used to treat infertility and support early pregnancy. It is important to follow your doctor's instructions regarding the dosage and duration of these medications. It is always important to discuss any medications or supplements with your healthcare provider, especially if you have any concerns or questions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
