The constant urge to urinate indicate underlying urinary tract infection with possible cystitis.
Urine microscopy will reveal the underlying load of infection and further cure can be figured out with
- plenty of liquids
- urinary alkaliser as Citro soda or else
- culture-specific antibiotic (usually preferred is fluoroquinolones to cover a wide range of gram-negative bacteria)
- genital hygiene
- avoidance of vaginal or anal sex till recovery if involved
- control of blood sugar.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
