Can Fucidin Cream Help In Clearing Sore Spot Near Anus?

hi, i had a very red scrotum starting last week. i was prescribe itraconazole tablets one a day for a week. This has now cleared up. I didnt mention i had a sore spot located just on the entrance of my annus. As my scrotum has cleared up. It feels that this sore spot (area) is weeping slightly, with a slight burning feeling. i noticed a trace of blood on tissue about 7 days ago, but nothing since. This spot feels like it could be a very small cut. Like i say, i get that weeping, sore feeling. This could have been the link to the red scrotum. Could i apply fucidin cream to this area? as i have some available. And could this cause my red scrotum again if i dont treat it.

Your query and concern appreciated, if it is the lesion near the anus region then the red scrotum may not be due to fungal infection but it may be due to cellulitis, it must be due to the infection and it needs to be ruled out first, condition may needed antibiotic and NSIAD like Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day and Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, hope this information helps.
