Can Glandular Cyst Cause Swelling And Pain In The Wrist?
yes, 72 yr old, dr looked at swelling and pain with knot came up close to wrist. he did no xray or mri just said grandular cist with fluid, gave shot week ago and still pain and swelling,said if not better would prescribe predisone. Wanted to know if that is best for me? should I get second opinion?

your husband is suffering from ganglion ..for which drugs are given ...but local examination by a doctor is necessary so go for second opinion
