Can Glass Of Wine Thin The Blood For Blood Clots In Leg Instead Of Warvarin?

does a glass of wine thin the blood instead of Warvarin for Blood Clot s in my leg. I like to get away from Medicine and try a more natural approach. Thank you and by the way I will NOT pay *up-front* I have lost too much money that way and time s are getting short. If you don t agree then I will take my chances and use my good ideas, as an engineer I m used to that. Nothing ventured - nothing gained. Thank You. IB

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

No, a glass of wine cannot do this. Please, take your drugs as recommended by your doctor and should you have any difficulties, report to hi for action. Clots are serious when not prevented as they can lead to fatal accidents like in the lungs and brain. Also,, keep away from tobacco, control you blood cholesterol well and exercise regularly to help mitigate the risk of developing blood clots.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
