Can Gluten Intolerance Cause Abdominal Pain Immediately After Eating?

I am a male who s had abdominal pain and discomfort for almost two months after food, bloating, gas, tail bone sore once in a while, changes in bowel, nausea, had stool tests and blood-no shown problems. Could it be an allergy?gluten? Could it be something worse that does not show in blood and stool tests?
