Can Gout Be There With Normal Uric Acid Levels?

hi this is me indra prasad Pyakurel, age 30 from Nepal, sir, i am suffering from back pain since 5 yrs , i was visiting different doctors for this and they treat me by several methods. according to doctors , i am Gout patent but my uric acid is normal therefor i am confused about this . is it possible?

hello,
firstly back pain in not a symptom of gout, secondly it is highly unlikely that you have gout, but your uric acid is normal.
however when uric acid levels are checked during acute attack of gout, it may be normal.
