Can Having A Fall Cause Anal Bleeding Combined With Back Pain ?

I am a 16 year old female and have yet to tell my parents this, but while fishing withy mother on a muddy slope, I slipped and went down HARD landing on a large rock right on my bum and back. A few days go by and no anal bleeding just minor back pains. Now, the back pains are gone, but every time I go number two it s always bloody. Is this a problem, or should I just wait it out?

Before the injury, everything was normal... but after injury bleeding from rectum suggestive of injury to rectum and anal canal... do not neglect , inform your parents and consult a general surgeon....
