Can Having Injured Head Have Resulted In Headaches And Gradual Loss Of Vision?

Took a fall august 2 don't remember hitting head, but have had pain in head and losing vision had cat scan and mri showed nothing, but I see silver stars and white objects when I first start to drive car, and the pain in my head is awful, I keep thinking its allergy to pills I take. I also reach for something and think I have a hold of it and I am reaching for thin air, can certain medications cause this?

Hi. Given your symptoms following your injury, and the fact that your CT and MRI scans were unremarkable, I would suggest you need to see an ophthalmologist (specialist eye doctor) in order to exclude any intrinsic eye injury such as retinal injury.
