Can Having Unprotected Sex While On Birth Control Cause Pregnancy?

My period usually lasts 5 days. I ended my period on March 31st, and started my birth control pack, Balziva, on that following sunday. I had been taking the birth control for 6 days and had unprotected sex on that friday. He pulled out way before he ejaculated, but I have a lot of mixed feelings from what I have read about pre-ejaculate online, and I just wanted to ask if there is any chance that I could get pregnant. I m only 19 years old and I cant find the courage to go to my mother at the moment, a doctor chat is my only other option. Can you help me?

Hi,
Starting of birth control first time may not give protection against pregnancy.
Any contraceptive is safe after first cycle.
So in your case there might be having risk of having pregnancy.
