Can Hay Fever Pills Cause Stomach Upset?

Hi I have a weird feeling in my stomach, I think it may be food related.Though I cannot be sure I have eaten a banana, apple, wholemeal bread with cheese and ham, soup and noodles today. I have taken Hay fever pills and cold pills because I had the cold and a cough, but never did I take the pills at the same time. If it could be to do with diet which type of foods should I avoid and which should I eat to make this weird stomach feeling go away?

* Primary guidelines

- prefer soft , light diet .
- avoid spicy , non veg , oily stuffs .
- take antacid tablets along with hay fever pills .
