HI im a 32 year old women i have had spinning and slight dizziness when i bend or look up or down the spinning is when i turn my head lying or sitting down the doctor has told me its vertigo and can take a few weeks to clear she has giving me antibiotics but may not help ,I had a head injury 6 weeks ago what caused a egg head which gave me 2 black eyes but the lump has noe disapeared could my inner ear infection be a post tramatic from my head injury
