Can Head Injury Cause Nausea?

my brother hit the top of his head, very hard just before the end of his shift at work. The next day he began throwing up and has a slight headache. He can eat, some but feels nausea for the past 5 days. Is their a correlation between hitting his head and nausea?

Hi, head injury followed by mild headache and nausea for 5 days is due to concussion injury.
As there is no h/o LOC , seizures , ENT bleed and vomiiting , so chances of intracranial injury is very low.
So CT head is not needed . Thanks
