Can Head Injury Lead To Cognition Problems?

My wife hit her head pretty hard with a woiden post 2 nights ago ... she says she keeps javing pressure headaches on and off and feels like she can't process things mentally as quick as normal. She keeps saying she'll be fine ... should I drag her to see a doctor?

post head trauma any small symptoms are also important.
your wife had difficulty in cognition which can be either due to a small contusion (small blood collection) over the cognition area or any brain injury or could be just a post traumatic stress causing clouding of thoughts.
if its just stress induced symptom then within few days it will subside but i would advice you to seek a doctor before ignoring this symptom.
