Can Head Injury Lead To Labored Breathing?

i was doing barbell squats. i fell back. and i hit the back of my head on the bar. i feel a dent in the lower back of my head, and my neck feels funny when i turn it too far. it's been almost a week since it happened. now i am feeling pressure on the chest and a little bit more labored breathing. i can't afford to go to the hospital, is it bad?
