Can Head Injury Lead To Problems In Brain?

My 2 1/2 year old daughter fell from the bed onto her forehead 4 days ago and had a large, soft(fluid filled) bump after..I monitored for 48 hours with her having no side effects..Again today she fell off the same bed but this time hitting the back of her head..small bump.been about and hour and a half and she has no side effects(unconsciousness, lathargy, uneven pupils, etc.)I am concerned about the injuries being so close together and the effects it could have on her brain.Should I be concerned? Should I take her to have an CT?

sometimes head injury can lead to internal injuries, she may not have any manifestations as of now, better to consult a doctor, show her the injuries, meanwhile keep a close watch on her, dont let her have these frequent falls.
