Can Head Injury Of A Child Lead To Nose Bleeding?

my 4 year old son hit the lower left back of his head on a table. Within a couple of minutes, he got a nosebleed, which lasted less than 5 minutes. Could these be related? What signs should I look for to indicate something more serious has occurred?
