Hello
First of all I would like to say, if you have haemorrhoids then you must visit a surgeon and get his opinion regarding its management. Depending on several factors there are mainly two modes of treatment for this. One is sclerotherapy and the other is surgery.
Secondly, regarding your present concern I would like to assure you that there is no such link between this two conditions. Your urinary problem is probably due to a prostatic enlargement(may be age related) or due to a neurogenic bladder condition(outcome of some other diseases like Diabetes or trauma to the spinal cord). Both this conditions need medical attention for further evaluation and management.
