Can Hepatitis C Virus Be Treated With Oral Medications?

Female aged 55-infected with Hepc during a surgery 1986 - checking constantly LFT -now slowly i get little pain near liver - iam taking vitamins & milk thistle for last 6 years- do i have any oral medicine to control C virus? scared about interferon treatment- pls advise
