Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
high blood pressure and sleep apnoea have nothing to do with your left hip and knee pain.
for the joints pain kindly get x rays of individual joints done and get a arthritis panel done.
bleeding from nose is side effect of high blood pressure.
Tablet nucoxia 90 milligram once daily can help in joint pain for the time being.
Get the x rays evaluated by your local orthopaedic surgeon.
