Can High Sodium Diet Cause Weakness, Bloating And Dry Hands?
I often feel very weak, hot, bloated, and my hands will be dry/extremely hot, like they're 100 degress, or I can't get enough water. I'm anemic, but don't think this is related. I was worried it was diabetes, but I've had my glucose levels tested and they're fine. Is it possible that these periodic reactions are from having too much sodium in my diet?

I really appreciate your concern, it is the nonspecific kind of symptoms and may not be due to any pathological reason or as you are thinking nothing would be like that here you have not mentioned your age and gender else something better could have been thought because certain symptoms are highly related with this information, here I would advise to get done the thyroid function test hope this information helps.
