Can Hormonal Imbalance Cause Extreme Tiredness?

Hi I am a 62-year-old female. I am presently on 225 MGs of Effexor and also on blood pressure medication. I noticed lately that I’ve become extremely tired a couple days or more each month. Could this be hormones

Hi,

It could not be because of a hormonal problem until your hormonal problem leads to osteoporosis development. I suggest you to investigate with hemoglobin estimation to rule out anemia. Your calcium and vitamin D level also should be checked.

If all these normal then check liver and kidney profile reports. According to the cause, specific treatment is given. I suggest you consult a physician for examination.
