Can Hormonal Imbalance Cause Lack Of Sexual Attraction?

Asking for a friend who is a 35 year old woman, well educated, and working at a good job lives with parents. Never had sex , has lots of good friends, No interest in getting married saying she has no interest. Not lesbian neither. Could it be some hormonal imbalance

hi there,I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

It is difficult to comment that the problem is due to hormonal issue. She needs to be clinically evaluated along with blood tests like FSH, LH, prolactin, serum testosterone and DHEAS levels.

More often, such issues can have some kind of psychological association, past experience, upbringing background etc.
These issues need to be considered and tackled.

I will suggest that she should have a good counseling done.
