Can Hypertension Lead To Stroke Or Other Diseases?

hi i am diagnosed young hypertensive since 2005 my readings are maximum at 148/90 that too when i visit doctors,and when i take in home its max 140/80 at peak tension times generally ,my all fats and cholestrol are below nrml i have completed my all diagnosis at cmc vellore no cardiac problem no renal prblm , i dnt smoke nd drink ,do still have i chance of stroke and other disease, i am also taking medicine regularly????

Physiological variation will be there in blood pressure ranges influenced by stress,anxiety,food intake, exercise etc.it is normal.
As you got everything normal and under medication will not lead to stroke or other disease.
Proper medication will maintain the normal blood pressure level around the clock.
stress,anxiety(peak tension) will increase the blood pressure at that moment.when you become normal blood pressure too will come down to normal.
it is physiological response to your emotions. not a abnormal one.
