Can I Contract HIV From Kissing With A Cut On The Gum?

I have receding gums and I engaged in deep french kissing. Also, after brusching my teeth later that night, I realized I had a cut on my gum near my molar. I did not see any blood or sores in the other persons mouth. Should I be worried about HIV transmission?

Hi
Almost all body fluids including saliva of HIV patient contain HIV virus, any act that may result in contact of hiv patient's body fluid to your body though an abraded skin or mucous membranes carries a risk for hiv transmission.
