Can I Get Pregnant Post Unprotected Sex Despite Missing A Birth Control Pill?

My period started 9 days ago(3/8) and on the 5th day(3/12) I started a new pack of active birth control pills. I was sexually active for the next two days(3/13 3/14) after taking the active pill mid week. This week I had missed two pills(3/6 3/17) and today I started bleeding again. According to my period tracking app I am ovulating in two days. Do you think this bleeding is break through bleeding from messing with estrogen levels from the birth control, implantation bleeding because it accorded 4-5 days after being sexually active, or an sti? Besides the bleeding, I am also experiencing mild cramping and fatigue.

I understand your concern.
You had taken your OC pill most irregularly this month.That must have caused hormonal imbalance resulting in menstrual irregularity due to hormonal imbalance.
You had unprotected sex on 5Th & 6Th day of your periods- which dies not have possibility of ovulation- so there is no possibility of implantation bleeding.
Period tracking app can not be be applicable while on oral contraceptives. In case of irregular intake, ovulation can not be predicted by the traker.
* Only thing to understand is that there is risk of pregnancy in irregular consumption of OC pill- but you have escaped the risk because you had unprotected sex in non ovulatory days of cycle.
* Mild cramping & fatigue can result from hormonal imbalance.
** the lesson to learn is to take oral pills regularly at the same time each day. / use IUD for contraception.
