Can I Get Pregnant With Anteverted Uterus And Ovarian Cyst As I Am Having Some Pregnancy Symptoms ?

Hello Doctor My pelvic ultrasound report shows Anteverted uterus, measuring 84x37x43 mm and Endometrial thickness is 6.7mm with no uterine mass seen. My right ovary is normal with 3.0x1.8 cm but left ovarian cyst measuring 4.2x3.6 cm with low level internal echoes and no free fluid seen in the culdesac. Clinical correlation is suggested with left ovarian cyst.This report is taken on 14 day after periods and my doctor suggest me Diane 35 for 3 months from fifth day of my next periods but started 500 mg of glucophase from the nary next day and iron because my weight is 72kg and blood hemoglobin is 8.8. Now i am taking glucophase for more than one month and during this period i did not feel any change in my body but for the last 4 days i am feeling nausea , headache and vomiting and last night fa fever too. what happened to me am i pregnant i did not go through any test? What should i do Please help me? Waiting Please Help me

Hi Faree, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Your symptoms suggest Pregnancy, wait for your Next periods, if you happen to miss them, get a Urine Pregnancy Test done after a week of missing them using a early morning urine sample. Because this is the ideal time for testing for Pregnancy. Take Glyciphage and Iron and Folic acid tablets as directed by your Doctor but don't take Diane until the pregnancy is confirmed and you get yourself examined by your Doctor because it may harm your baby, if at all you are pregnant. For losing weight, exercise regularly and go for regular brisk walks for 30 to 40 minutes daily and eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Go for regular follow up. Even if you lose a KG, your periods will become regular and you will conceive. If you are planning for pregnancy have every alternate day unprotected sex between the 10th and 20th day of your cycle.
