I have anemia and I want to know if second hand smoke from a hookah or direct use of a hookah will have an effect

Hookah smoke will directly not worsen your anemia. neither the direct use or passive smoke will cause any effect. although suggested to reduce your exposure to this as much as possible and follow a good diet to increase your hemoglobin levels.
