Can I Take Herbalife Supplement For Weight Loss?

Im a 30 yr girl, not married. I want to reduce my excess 25 kgs in healthy manner. Pls confirm can i take herbalife supplement for weight loss or any other way.. I want to reduce my tummy, butt and thigh, i started walking for 45 mins daily. Pls suggest some exercises..

It would be always advisable to reduce weight gradually by means of diet and exercise.
Products advertised by some companies may contain other ingredients and might cause side effects. Moreover, many of these products are not tested and recommended by the food safety authorities.
Hence, it would be ideal for you to consult Nutritionist and plan your diet accordingly. You may need to modify the diet from time to time and hence regular follow-up is necessary.
Apart from other forms of exercise, it would be better you go for 40 minutes brisk walk regularly.
Gradually, you would start reducing weight and also would gain more confidence to go ahead.
