hi i am 34 yrs old woman i have a son 10 yrs. 5 years back i have diagnosed pcod and i am trying for 2 nd baby can i go with hyponidd tab if yes how do i take after meal or before meal i dont have normal periods and too much hair growth and back side of my neck is very dark\kindly advice

Hyponidd is an ayurvedic medication that has shown to benefit women diagnosed to have PCOS but I would strictly advise you not to self medicate.
It is usually taken once or twice a day, based on the recommended dosage provided by the doctor. So please visit a doctor and request for the dosage.
