Can I Take Panadol For Headache While On Metrogyl For Bowel Infection?

HI I am on METROGYL 400 I find the side effects eg severe headache hard to handle can I take Panadol while on this Drug my DR has also given me Clamoxyl 875/125 for Bowel infection how can I prevent this happening again and what causes it this is the 3nd time in 8 months thanks for your help Angie

I evaluated your query thoroughly .
@ Can take Panadol with metrogyl , but I don`t recommend to get scared
by reading side effects because in that case you will have more headache
from stress rather than any other reason .
@ Recurrent bowel infections are due to various reasons as
- decreased immunity of intestines - improper foods like junk foods
giving high chances of bacterial infections - hygienic causes as not
thoroughly washing hands before meals - inflammations of the bowels
- others .
@ Preventive tips for bowel infections :
- consume more liquids till possible
- balanced light diet with all necessary ingredients
- avoid oily / spicy / non vegetarian stuffs / beverages / junk foods
- fix timings of breakfast , lunch , dinner till possible
- avoid stress / anxiety
- have regular sound sleep of 7-8 hours
- avoid smoking / alcohol / any abuse substances if used
- regular walking , exercises & YOGA help to boost up immunity
- check for regular bowel habits
- control BP , Blood sugar, Cholesterol , weight in normal parameter
- complete the all antibiotics course according to the clinician advise & never
stop treatment half way till the doctor says like this .
