Can I Take Serta And Nexito Plus For Panic Attacks During Pregnancy?

i am 22/f and i am pregnant for 8 weeks. i am having depression and i had quit all my medicines before becoming pregnant. but now i experience panic attacks, fear and tearfulness, the doctor has advised me to take serta 50 and nexito plus. i am afraid if this could harm my baby. please help.

AS far as your medicines are concerned if you can go ahead with minimal doses and that too only if desperately needed,we can expect lesser harm to fetus.
Also one has to decide risk benefit ratio, ----risk of medicines to baby as against benefit to your clinical condition.
i will also suggest you to get good counseling session done to find out non medicinal approach to your problem.
