Can I Take Tranexamic To Stop Heavy Bleeding?
hi im 47 and sterlised and suffering with depression my doctor gave tranexamic as i was loosing to much blood during my period she then put me on cerazette to slow the period or stop it now ive bein bleeding really heavy for over two weeks would it be ok to take the tranexamic to try stop the clotting

you can take tranexamic acid tab with t.primoult -n5mg 1-1-1 tab for 2days /1-0-1 bd for 2days then you take the same tab for 15 days and stop it.
check your haemoglobin and pcv. since you are 47 take ultrasonogram to know the endometrial thickness and to rule out fibroid uterus. consult your gynaecologist for evaluation of bleeding.
