Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic. Thanks for posting your query, i understand your concern.
Considering your age and height , the ideal weight should be somewhere between 48-60 kgs. Since you are over a 10 kg more than your ideal weight range, its good that you have made plans to lose the extra kilos.
You are not too
obese to consider taking anti-obesity pills, the extra 10-15 kg's can be shed off with the routine balanced diet and moderate exercise regularly.
If you have had the experience of
anxiety while taking alli, then you are most likely to face the same issues with any
weight loss pill as all these drugs have anxiety,
nervousness,
tachycardia, as the known side effects.
I would suggest you to try a good balanced diet along with a regular moderate exercise for 4-5 months before you start on the pills. The diet and exercise alone should be able to bring some evident results in your weight loss, if it doesnt then you can consider taking
Hydroxycut after consulting with a physician who will be able to rule out any contra-indicating conditions.
Do consider consulting a dietician who will help you choose a suitable a diet menu , and also avoid taking junk, oily food.
Drink 4-5 litres of water everyday, and minimum of 1 hour physical exercise either in the morning or evening .
Hope this helps and answers your query satisfactorily.
Wishing you good health.
Good luck with the weight loss.
Do keep us updated.
Regards.
