Can I Use Vaginal Estrogen Ring For Lubrication?
I have a gynecological question. I m 54, not exactly in menopause b/c I am still having periods q 1-3 months. My concern is I am experiencing hot flashes, night sweats and vaginal dryness ( never needed a lubricant until 6 months ago). I m considering using the vag estrogen ring but it says it s for menopausal women. If I have no other contraindications could I use this? Thank you.

The symptoms you described in your question are all related to menopause. If you are still having irregular periods then you are at the perimenopausal stage. You need to take hormone replacement therapy for now to overcome these symptoms.
