Can I Walk For A While Despite Having Fracture In Foot?

Hi, 5 days ago I dislocated and fractured my right foot, I had surgery on it where they put in 4 screws and a plate. My other foot is slight fracture with sprain so I can put some weight on it. My dislocated foot is in a boot. I have been keeping it elevated, except when I need to get into my wheelchair to get food or go to the bathroom. Is it ok that I m moving my toes, or is that bad? I m so restless from just laying around, I feel I need to do something. Also, it s getting pins and needles sometimes...I m just scared that I m doing something wrong and it s not going to heal, or does it sound like I m doing everything ok?
