Can Ice Water Challenge On A Young Heart Patient Cause Shock?

There is some mean people I know who dumped a hold bunch of ice water on a 6 year olds head. I know this child an she had a heart condition when she was a baby. They did the ice water challenge to her I seen it on the video they posted can that put her in a state of shock I am worried for her. She was flailing her arms and seem like she was freaking out

your are quite right that ice water challenge can go wrong and cause sudden death to any patient specially heart patient.this is due to increase heart load and sudden cardiac arrest.
Advice.
please do not go for dangerous game which can risk cardiac patient life.
