Can Idiothrombocytopenia Purpurin In A 5 Yr Old Girl Cause Sore Tummy After Meal Which Gets Relieved By Passing Stool?

Hi, my daughter is 5 years old, when she has a meal she complains of having a sore tummy which she has to then have a poo to relieve the pain. She was diagnosed with idiothrombocytopenia purpurin in may of last year and I'm just wondering if this might have anything to do with it, as it very rarely happens if her count is high(ish).
Thank you.

HI
Thank for choosing HCM
If her platelet count is okay then no need to worry, but if count is very low then this could cause the micro intestinal oozing of blood and this condition may responsible for the symptoms of abdominal pain and that could subside after passing the stool, you have to discuss this with her paediatrician, I hope this answer would be helpful to you take care of your daughter and have good time

I find this answer helpful
