Can Implantation Bleeding Be Heavy And Reddish?

Im18 i missed my period last month (21) On the April(11th) I notice a pink and orange (look more orange) discharge in my underwear I thought it was my period, the next day i started spotting drop on the (13th) i noticed i was bleeding lot heavier like. my period, the color was red only when i pee i bleed lot (when i have my pad on i dont bleed like a regular period, it go and come, ) but im only spotting dark brown (look black) red and pink am i pregnant? My boobies sore, can implantation come heavy and red? I m worried

Hi,

1. Implantation bleed is always lighter almost like spotting and the pain stays the same frequency. But in periods it usually bleeds more and pain also increases as the day passes from first to second.

2. If you still want to confirm then you can do urine pregnancy test at home.
