Can Injury Mediated Concussion And Torn Tendons In Shoulder Initiate Diarrhea?

I was in a severe car accident today, and have seen a doc. Thankfully no major injuries, but I did have a concussion and torn tendons in my shoulder to go with general aches and pains. I just had a bout of diarrhea, and was curious if that had anything to do with what I just went thru or if it would fall under nausea as I dealt with a nauseated stomach all afternoon afterwards, and finally tonight had diarrhea?
