Can Insulin Shots Be Stopped With Good Diet And Exercise?

Iam a diabetic patient from 2007. My age is 41 year female. weiging 64 kg. For the last two years i have been given insulin injection of 12 points. two times a day morning and night. with other medicines. I wanted come out of this insulin dose.I am following good diet and regular exercise. Sugar levels are ok. today - Before food is 119

7 years diabetes can be managed without insulin if you have enough reserve of beta cells madam. I think i will be able to help you better with a detailed prescription of what you are taking now, Your diet and exercise regimen. FBS,ppbs and HbA1c results will be of great help..
