Can Intake Of Neurobion Cause Hormonal Imbalance And False Positive In HPT?

Good day dr. Few months back, I had Bell's palsy and I was given neurobion for it.. I began to have menstrual irregularity, pregnancy test was been carried out and it was positive, the bleeding stopped and a week later it continued,it stopped after 10 days and pregnancy test was carried out again and it's now negative.. I went for a scan and it showed no sign of pregnancy or miscarriage.i wonder if it could b hormonal imbalance due to intake of neurobion.

When a female get pregnancy ,its corpus luteum secret progesterone hormon and this is responsible for progestational effects i.e. positive pregnancy .
While neurobion contains B1, B 6 ,B12 and this is not responsible for +ve pregnancy test .
However, as you mentioned that your menstruation had irregularity ,so this may be the reason for positive pregnancy test ( due to hormonal imbalance i.e false positive ).
So need not to worry ,now , you didn't have any problem ,so enjoy life.
