Can Intake Of Calcium Supplements, Sereflo 125 Inhaler Cause Mood Swings?

my wife, 65 yrs old has been prescribed modalert 100 , 1 tab in the morning & nexito5 , 1 tab before going to bed along with other medicine like thyroxene 25 ( 1 tab in morning in empty stomach) , calcium supplements, sereflo 125 inhaler(twice a day ) for her thyroid problem & asthma. she is taking these medicines for last 5 months.of late i have noticed that she has become very forgetfull about day to day things and also gets impatient & irritated at small things. Is it due to the effect of the drugs mentioned ?she is also gaining wt.(ht 166 cm, wt 79 kg ). kindly advise whether to stop the med like modalert/nexito.
