Can Kidney Be Effected If A Uti Is Left Untreated?

I had a uti and i let it fo untreated for awhile and during that time period i develop and sore/pulling inside my vagina after i urinate it only last for 1-2 minutes then it goes away what couldd this be i had a kidney infection test done and it came back negative and my doctor said i did not have a uti anymore

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Yes, UTI if left untreated, the infection can travel up and affect the kidneys.
2. If your urine examination is negative and you do not have pus cells in urine, you do not have urinary tract infection. A Culture of urine sample would definitely confirm it.
3. Possible cervical infection. Get a pap smear done. If it shows inflammatory smear, you will require vaginal douching and oral antibiotics. Meet your doctor to get a pap smear done.
